Japanese investment in India will increase $ 42 billion - Prime Minister of Japan
Japan will raise its investment target in India to $5 trillion yen ($42 billion) over the next five years, announced Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida on Saturday.
After holding wide-ranging discussions with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Prime Minister Fumio Kishida made the announcement.
Kishida, who is on his maiden visit to India as Prime Minister, met PM Modi at the Hyderabad House in New Delhi and held extensive discussions on a wide range of issues, including ways to further boost bilateral economic and cultural ties.
